Traumatic Birth Recovery

3 Step Rewind Programme

Was your birth difficult? Did you experience a traumatic event during your pregnancy or the postnatal period?

This programme is suitable for anyone (not just mothers) suffering PTSD symptoms following a traumatic birth event.

This simple but very effective 3 step process is delivered over two or three sessions and activates the persons own natural ability to heal using deep relaxation, guided use of their memory and of their imagination.

This technique releases the feelings associated with the event so that it is possible to look back and remember with neutral feelings about it. The event can be remembered but no longer provokes any anxiety.

Suitable from 12 weeks postnatal.
